Dit is een heerlijke stevige Schotse whiskey gerijpt op Amerikaanse virgin oak vaten. Het is altijd bewaard in totale duisternis en op een constante temperatuur. Deze fles is ongeopend en nog steeds verzegeld. 

Smaakprofiel (ENG) 

Nose: On the nose, this single malt offers aromas of delicate sherry influence, along with notes of baked apple, pear, and dried fruits like figs and plums. Subtle nuances of toffee, caramelized sugar, and even a dash of cinnamon may be detected.

Palate: Upon tasting, Aberlour White Oak 2003 reveals a luscious and creamy texture, with bold flavors of ripe fruits, exotic spices, and a hint of dark chocolate. The Sherry cask aging imparts rich, intense depth, adding layers of complexity and a satisfying weightiness.

Finish: The finish is long, warm, and smooth, with lingering traces of sherry, spiced fruitcake, and a whiff of wood smoke. Well-integrated tannins provide structure without being too astringent or drying, resulting in a pleasingly rounded conclusion.
