Dit is een top single malt uit Schotland. Gedisteleerd in 1998. Deze flessen zijn altijd bewaard op een constante temperatuur en uiteraard in volledige duisternis. De flessen zijn ongeopend en verzegeld. 

Smaakprofiel (ENG)

Nose: Rich and expressive, offering a mix of dried fruits, raisins, prunes, and dates. Soft nutty notes emerge alongside a hint of ginger and a faint trace of cinnamon. Palate: Smooth and gentle on the initial entry, followed by a burst of flavor that develops into a symphony of dried fruits, including figs, sultanas, and apricots, all wrapped in a blanket of mild spice. Some hints of walnuts, buttery shortbread, and a touch of vanilla add further layers of complexity. Finish: Lengthy and warming, with a delightful balance between sweet fruit and drying spice. Some lingering notes of sherry and oak contribute to a pleasant aftertaste. Overall, Knockando 18 Year Old whisky displays a charming combination of rich, fruity characters, backed by subtle sherry notes and soft spices.
