wegens te weinig plaats en te weinig tijd.

De bijgeleverde spiegelklemmen laten toe om spiegels tot 600mm te slijpen.

Met kleinere spiegelklemmen (niet inbegrepen) kunnen in principe spiegels tot 700mm geslepen worden.
De 3 montage rails voor de spiegelklemmen moeten dan wel losgeschroefd en verplaatst worden.
De bevestigingsgaten voor het verplaatsen van de montagerails zijn reeds voorzien in de draaitafel.

Om een idee te hebben van de precisie waarmee de machine gebouwd is:

De montageplaat voor het liniair lager voor fixed post grinding is met 8
M5 bouten op het alu-rechthoekprofiel bevestigd.
De 8 gaten in de montageplaat zijn geboord met 5.0mm metaalboor en dus +/-4.95mm diameter.
De 8 M5 bouten hebben een diameter van circa 4.90mm.
De tolerantie op de positie van gaten bedraagt dus minder dan 0.025mm !

De machine wordt niet verzonden.

The mirror clamps which are included can be used to grind mirrors up to 600mm.

With smaller mirror clamps (not included), mirrors up to 700mm could be grinded.
In this case, the 3 mounting rails for the mirror clamps have to be moved outwards.
The holes for moving the mounting rails outwards are already provided in the turning table.

To have an idea of the precision which was used to build this machine:

The backplate of the linear bearing for fixed post grinding has 8 M5 screw holes.
They are drilled with a 5.0mm drill bit and about +/- 4.95mm in size.
The 8 M5 screws have a diameter of about 4.90mm.
This implicates a tolerance on the position of the screws of less than +/- 0.025mm !
